The wall of the fender body consists of a tightly woven nylon reinforced rubber layer in between an internal rubber layer and an extra thick external rubber layer.

The interlinking mesh is impregnated to form a rubber bridged cross layer far superior to conventional tyre cord reinforcement materials which ensures performance and reliability. Diagram
